You must use our Advanced Search feature in order to find people in your US zip code. Click on 'Search' in the main menu and use the first search option. This option is available for US Zip codes only at this time. International users can use the search by country feature also located on the Search page.

Yes, 420dating.com is FREE to Join, create a profile with your own pics, audio and video and search for other members. You can also send 1 Virtual Kiss per day for FREE. You must subscribe to take full benefit of the sites services, such as contacting members and replying to members who contact you. Subscribers can also chat online, view photo galleries, and download audio and video messages.

How Much does a 420dating Subscription cost?
Our most popular plan is $9.95 per month, billed monthly for 1 year. We also have several other one time fee specials. Simply login to your 420dating account and click on 'Membership' in your personal control panel.

Will 420dating.com appear on my credit card bill?
No. Your credit card statement will list your subscription payment as 2CO ALTSOLU. Alternative Solutions is the official business name and 2CO is our secure payment processor, 2checkout.com

What is your Refund Policy? - Or - Please cancel my subscription and give me a refund.
420dating.com can only stop a reoccuring subscription billed monthly from being billed again. We do not offer refunds. We recommend trying a 1 month subscription if you are unsure that you want to continually use this sites services. If you cancel a 1 year subscription your current month will be pro-rated to reflect that months payment of $9.99. (equivalent to 14 days without a 1 year subscription.)

Is Your Payment Processing Secure?
Yes. All subscription payments are handled by 2Checkout.com, a leading Internet payment service provider. None of your credit card data is stored on the 420dating.com server.

I Joined but did not receive a confirmation email.
Please make sure that your confirmation email did not go into a SPAM folder. Please be certain that you correctly spell your email address associated with your 420dating Account. If you did not receive your confirmation email a new one can be sent by contacting us, please visit our contact page to do so. However, it is sometimes possible that your ISP is filtering your email before it reaches you. In this case we recommend that you setup a new free email account with another provider, such as hotmail or yahoo.

Someone has been contacting me and I am a little scared of them.
To block a member from contacting you simply find that members profile and use the 'Block' feature in your Member Menu. Never use your real name anywhere in your member profile. Never post any addresses or phone numbers where a stranger can contact you. 420dating is not responsible for how you handle your personal information, please be cautious when posting any information that could put you at risk.

What is a Virtual Kiss?
A Virtual Kiss is a casual way to say hello to a member and provoke a conversation. FREE members can send 1 Virtual Kiss per day. Subscribers can send unlimited virtual kisses.

How do I become a FEatured Member?
Featured members on the 420dating homepage receive many more profile views and messages than other members. In order to become featured you must have a profile with at least one picture and send a message to admin using our contact form. Everyone is eligible but not all applicants are selected. Please be aware that photos are the primary method of selecting members; the better the quality of photo the more chance you have of being featured. Admin also randomly browses and selects featured memebrs for inclusion. If you are a featured member but do not want to be, simply contact us and politely ask to be removed.

I lost my password and cannot login.
On the sign in page there is a Forgot link that will take you to a page where you can request your password. Please contact us if you experience further difficulty.

I am a GOLD Member but never paid anything - or - I have received more time than I paid for, am I being charged?
Occasionally we randomly select members to become Gold Subscribers and/or increase the amount of time you receive when you subscribe. This is a FREE bonus, you are only charged for time you purchase via the Membership link. There is no way to request a FREE Gold Membership. It is rumored that people with multiple photos in their profile and interesting private photos in their profile are often selected.

I tried uploading a photo and got some weird error message - OR - There is a grey bar on part of my uploaded image.
Your picture is probably to big. Open your picture in a photo editing program and scale it down to no more than 500 pixels wide. You may also want to crop the photo if you are very small in it. If you do not have access to a photo editing program ask a friend to help, or try downloading a freeware program such as GIMP.

Can I upload X-rated Pics for my Profile?
Yes, As long as they do not appear as your Thumbnail or Primary image and they only feature you. Admin will delete any x-rated photos used as primary pics. If it becomes a recurring issue you will be banned. You must be atleast 18 years old to use 420dating.com

How can I record an Audio or Video Message to upload?
This is beyond the scope of our site. Please ask a friend familiar with recording audio and video to help you out. .avi and .wav files are acceptable.
